Did you check it? I mean did you check if fastboot commands are executing?

On the Redmi 10 5G didnt work, my phone is still locked. Something showed up in the command output, closed and didnt unlock bootloader

This tool is posted on fleur-device forum, therefore I cannot guarantee that this tool would work on given mtk devices.

I found a method, that allows you unlock bootloader without xiaomi unlocking software. Now, you don't need to wait 168 hours.

Here are the instructions:

2. Unpack it
3. Open file "UsbDk_1.0.22_x64.msi" for 64 bit computers or "UsbDk_1.0.22_x86.msi" for 32 bit.
4. Run "UnlockBootloader.bat"
5. Turn off your phone, then press and hold VOL+ & VOL-
6. Connect your phone to pc via USB cable
7. Everything is automated so you don't need to click anything on pc.
8. When cmd will close, your xiaomi should be now unlocked. If not, repeat the steps.

I FIXED MY PROBLEM:

I did a data whipe afterwards (from recovery mode), which was probably not advisable, as the phone setup now gets stuck at "successful setup, apps are installing", with no way to skip or get into any menu. Same in recovery mode.
So don´t do this

I will try the fastboot suggestion to see if it is fixable.

I'm not sure about this but to get back as stock you should flash the fastboot rom (stock rom) of your device with a flash tool.
Don't take my advice yet as i'm not 100% sure, wait for BloxetPL for the perfect advice.
