I have the LG V20 through sprint. Over Wi-Fi only I can't send MMS while on the phone. We have tried everything to fix the issue including sitting at Sprint for 5 hours..? Has anyone else had this issue. No restrictions on the APN. Hardware reset, software reset, reflash, diagnostics ran...next step is making an insurance claim. I need help please.
