Multi Touch Issue

Hello I have a bug in my phone.
When I using two finger (for games), and then i need to let go one finger the touch is resting and i need to let go the other finger to keep playing.

Pls help its starting to annoy me.

I switched between a lot of ROMs and it doesn't helped me.
