multi touch problem

I'm from malaysia. My red magic got problem on multi touch, the problem same as below：

My phone is android 8.1.0. System update show i'm using latest
version already.

I have try 2 new red magic, they all got the same problem, they tell me that is software problem.
What should i do now.

They even said on xda they will give this phone pie update that will be the last update for this device. I hope to donate some money to any developer who can work on to this device, if this gonna be the future of this thing.

i'm using v1.14.... the problem still exists on mine... already test with multitouch visualizer... so nope.. not yet
