My locksreen shortcuts work fine...i've never used motion controls but i just tried and it didn't seem to do anything. I'm not sure if i was even doing it right...can anyone else confirm these issues?

the shortcut works fine yeah, but i was talking about editing the shortcuts from settings.
thats what i was talking about...just added video and camera back after being removed
something wrong with V2 phablet zip with stock rom
flash phablet zip using CWM in stock rom
after that i check the system files there is nothing install
then Copy-Paste all files (v2) Manually to system then all works fine
that's Why people can't see any change with V2 ZIP :good:

just copy the files inside to the proper folder... then make sure the permission are correct for each files...

Wow, so wait...its been over a week and nobody had actually even tried the V2? Lol...the weird part is that there is nothing visually wrong with it so i'm just assuming the updater-script needs permissions added...although it was EXACTLY the same one from V1 *shrugs* Well anyway...can someone please try the possibly fixed version below and let me know

there probably some link missing since we change some files on the 6800 with he note8 files... i'm having the same problem as well... but since i did not use the shortcut that much... i dont bother with it until now... and cant determine from logcat the error as i cant seem to logcat from the device... duhhh...
Still no luck for me, not sure which part went wrong..
are u saying that the zip still wouldn't flash OR after the rom booted that there were still no signs of multi window even being installed?
if one of u can provide me with your partition table that would help...hopefully wont need a logcat but if so try one of the play store apps instead
The ZIP flashed, but after flashing complete, there's still no sign of multiwindows installed to my tab. I don't have to toggle anything right? So supposedly, after the flashing complete, once rebooted, the multi window will appear?

no, it does NOT appear automatically...thats why i mentioned holding the back button to make the bar pop out or u can go to "settings - display - multi window" and uncheck then recheck the box and it should show up (if the option is missing in settings THEN we have a problem)

Confirmed, nothing on the settings/display, does it help if I flash the V1 first? Or flashing V2 alone is enough?

since V2 doesn't seem to be functioning properly i would suggest using V1 for now if u want to use multi window....u will have to find the apps that force close elsewhere in this thread (or just pull them out of the V2 zip)

Multi window works with V1 perfectly except Splanner and ringtone FC issue, then tried to flash V2, S planner and ringtone still have the force close.. Seems like flashing of V2 does not make any changes for my tab..
i assumed that since u said that there was no multi option in settings...u will have to extract the apps from V2 and manually place them in system/app & change permissions. U should also be getting a force close in settings...if not then i think i MIGHT know what the problem is with V2
