multitouch permanently problem

hi,
i got a problem and no idea why =)
so i tried the multitouch files, and executed cy8ctma300_ser.ko per adb shell. first it didnt work caus the file already exist, so i got the other one, which shuold be taken in this case. that works.
well, after that i wanted to get the multitouch permanent and here is the problem.
first i tried it with the "normal" cy8ctma300_ser.ko after that with the one working for me, some how none of them worked, also tried this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=13506153&postcount=78 . same result.
so that seems to be very strange to me...

hoping for some solution cause i realy like the multitouch

prove with another version of multi touch, sometimes don't work!

hm...
i tried all 3 versions.
the updated version, the attached version and the one that should be taken in case you get the "file already exists error" (which works for me by executing in adb shell, but not permanently)

also i installed the foryo comb 1.32 rom which includes multitouch, but not working :/
only by insmod
