I twrp advanced wiped all and format. I can not get passed terms of agreement without rebooting.
Not sure if it has to do with my area? I'm in Alhambra, CA. But I did a full wipe install and just selected SER. Even before I switched SIM service to my N3 it showed 4g for a while. Then when I switched over to it I had full bars of 4g. I still can't send or receive MMSI cant have 4g , only 2g how did you manage to have 4g mate ?

Yes the MAXICO codes are off by one letter but I noticed that the if you scroll down the list there is a small section of "LetterYear Month" that looks like this...
A=2001 / January
B=2002 / February
C=2003 / March
D=2004 / April
E=2005 / May
F=2006 / June
G=2007 / Jule
H=2008 / August
I=2009 / September
J= 2010 / October
K= 2011 / November
L= 2012 / December
M=2013
N=2014
So I figure pick the csc you want with the first 2 letters of a provider country code and with the last letter farthest away from "A". Please correct me if I'm wrong. Made sense to me :-/
This time I tried csc "SER" thinking it was a MAXICO, year 2018 lol. It started in Russian I believe. hmm. Changed to English and noticed I instantly had 4g signal. I update when if there are any downsides to this one...so far so good!
