Music player shutsdown randomly

Hi Folks, Im using honeycomb 3.2 official rom, music player ramdomly shutsdown, looks like this a common problem but i didnot come across any real solutions, can you please help?

What are you doing? Simply listening to music or multi-tasking?

If you're multi-tasking it's because it's running out of ram and closes background tasks.
