Music Stuttering on android 4.3.

is anyone else experiencing music stuttering on android 4.3. If so is there a fix for it?

You're not alone. I'm on CM10.1.3 and I have it as well.
AFAIK, it can become non-existant or insignificant with some kernels.

It's a kernel issue. Try flashing different kernels and see.

Try using poweramp with buffing.
