Which ROM you have installed? and which recovery you have used ?

I am using alliance rom 4.1, perseus kernel and twrp. How can I send you the log files from aroma?

TWRP could be issue, it may have different mounting point. defined mounting point is tested on Philz recovery. i have tested it too many times even before multitool. I am using this for my other mods too. Do one thing flash Philz recovery Reboot - now use aroma to backup to ext SD card then flash TWRP.

Edit : I have confirm, TWRP was issue, that have different mount point. I was about to release new version but now will upload after fixing this too.

10.Own Flashing

No more Flashable zip OR Tar needed to flash extracted recovery/kernel.img OR modem.bin
You can extract recovery.img or boot.img or modem.bin from stock ROM by simple unzip tool and put file on Int/Ext Sd card root directory then you can follow below mentioned task from aroma to flash that stuff.

A.Flash Kernel from ExtSD
B.Flash Kernel from IntSD
C.Flash modem from ExtSD
D.Flash modem from IntSD
E.Flash recovery from ExtSD
F.Flash recovery from IntSD

Guys just planned some changes. But what I am trying to implement is somewhat complicated and won't be noob friendly.
1.include aroma file manager. This is very useful particularly you don't have ext sd card. You can manage system and int SD files from recovery.
2. flash system application form sdcard
Also one - two more plans but still testing possibilities for that.
I have to rewrite complete tool so planning to make other version as advanced version and keep existing for newbies.

I have little time left for note2 family, so thought to serve maximum possible I can.

Edit :
So update on new version - It will be Advanced version "DrKetan's MultiTool Advance V1" so far made theme. It's sense based theme, will look more professional like Splash screen, Terms and condition, change log then feature list and finally Main Menu Main menu brings three features 1.MultiTool 2.Aroma Manager 3.System Info . you will have one choice to entre. of course you can return back to other choice. then after entering Utility there will be different page like recovery page, kernel page, EFS and so... but you have to select option on each page. last option on each page will be "don't change" if ou want to keep existing feature. of course this will be for some advanced user only. so far above mentioned features completed and tested except kernel. it's time consuming really.

Everything added as per plan, one more thing added is simplistic test. Many user trying simplistic and gets bootloop due to mismatch version. Here with this you can backup simplistic odex/deodex file before flashing it. If abything goes wrong you can restore.
Also Terminal emulator avaiable in recovery with file manager
Sent link to some beta tester, hope should be everything fine then final release tomorrow.
Edit : forget some features to add, will add it before final release.
-odex remover :user will have choice to remove some odex file, which commonly needed to delete after flashing mod on Odexed rom.
-pushing system files : user can push system application from predefined folder on sd card.
-will add some more kernels.

Thanks dr. ketan for another great tool. I was wondering if I install arhd 19 rom and after use your tool to restore stock recovery and kernel if is possible to reset the binary with ta and stay to 0? All this because of insane chip and 7 months old phone

If your ROM supports stock kernel then yes you can reset counter. you can use option 'clean device to use for triangle away' and also select you have custom kernel. after that you can use triangle away. May your device status still remain/change later modified but that a not big deal, and i have seem many cases of modified status with pure stock ROM and never rooted, also hardly seen samsung reject claim for status modified.
