MXQPro 4K - Flash from SD Instructions

My retailer gave me the instructions below to reflash the stock firmware on my MXQ Pro 4K .

1).Open the zip file and copy the files to your SD card then insert the SD card into the TV Box
2).Plug HDMI cable then use a small stick press the upgrade button (which is in the AV port) and hold on.
3).Connect your device to the power supply.
4).When you see is upgrading then let your hands go.

Did you buy it online?
I bought mine through Aliexpress. I emailed the seller and asked where I could find the firmware because I'd deleted too many system apps and was having a lot of problems. She sent me a link to her Google Drive and the instructions posted above. The button in the bottom of the AV port amazed me. Try emailing your seller, include the words please and thank you a lot and see what happens.

yes i buy on GearBest, thank god they repay me without turning the box,
but the box I always at home and it's a shame for such a configuration to remain in the closet.
So the box lights up but nothing happens
is that it is possible to weld the reset boutton?

you will need a male to male USB cable to do this way

and as above use a tooth pick pushed into the av hole to get your device into flash mode as per guide

when I plug in my box via the mal usb to mal, the LED lights but on my computer peripheral manager detects nothing

you may need help of an extra hand or two to get your box into flash mode you need to unplug the power cable hold a tooth pick pushed down into the av hole (there's a hidden button in the bottom of that av hole) and then plug the power cable back into the box still holding the tooth pick in place then plug in the usb cable into the box make sure you use the rear usb port next to the HDMI port this should then allow flash mode if your still having trouble install the usb drivers first then try the flash mode setup /connection again

What does that mean? My boxes say that I have that exact firmware. MXQ Pro 4K, Android v6.0.1. I have bricked boxes and want to try to flash the original firmware. I can't go back to the seller. I have mxq pro 4k 64 bit,
I have downloaded a app from the paly store and then it crashed. Then I restarted it and now it's just the picture from the home screen and there are no apps. I watched some videos on YouTube how to restated but there is no restart button in the AV spot.How do I restarted now? Please help me!

In case anyone is still interested, I successfully flashed mine. It was a matter of finding the correct system. I can look back to find the files if anyone is interested but I do know it was a pain to finally get it working. Regards to reset button, check in the av port. There should be a button you can push with a toothpick or paperclip. Good luck guys.

If you can boot to system

You can download amolgic tools from playstore and the click restart to sd card so you can boot twrp recovery.img
