where you coming from wm6.5 when you started?
can you still go into the tri-color SPL screen?
what shows in your bootloader screen?

it is very hard t brick the HD2 unless you flash the wrong radio(TMOUS) or did the wrong steps

can u use radio: 2.05.51.05_2

I was able to revive customer phone following this guide cause phone wouldn't boot after flashing the phone it does boot but after a minute or so it reboots and anyone with same problem?

could be heat problem?
try other stable ROM
