My 4 year old HTC One Mini is stuck in bootlader screen!

I used to have an HTC one mini in 2013 and I recently found it in my closet. I am trying to get access to all of the old files on the phone, but it wont get past the bootloader screen. (I've spent hours trying to reboot) Is there anyway to get into my phone? Or somehow view the old files to my computer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
