Last time I used my mobile (Redmi note 5) was on 29th August. At that time, my device backup was in Google drive.
But then I factory reset my device and sent it to the Xiaomi service center for repair.
After I got it back on 13th September, when I tried to restore my data, the redmi note 5 device backup was just missing from my account.
I tried contacting the google drive help center and they said we don't know any potential cause for missing data and you may contact the manufacturer.
But the thing is, how can manufacturer know my device backup in my google account when they don't even have access to it?
Is there any cause for missing of my device backup from my google drive and any way to recover it?
And does contacting manufacturer told by Google, makes any sense to you?
