My Axon 7 is pending-shipment with B&H in the US now!

Expecting it on Friday or Saturday. I'll post first thoughts sometime after that. Here's my device list int he last 12-18 months:

* Moto X 2015
* Huawei Ascend Mate 4G LTE
* LG G3, G4
* Moto X Pure Edition (by far the one I liked the most)
* Nexus 6

Reasons I'm choosing over OP3 or 6P.

* Front facing speakers
* Higher resolution screen (sometimes phone VR can be fun) - Also, though OP3 has AMOLED too but a good reason to consider it ... I wear polarized sunglasses and of course that sucks with LCDs unless you're blessed with some perfect polarization of how you want the screen tilted with your fave sunnies. What's funny is finding at what angle the screen is polarized when I play with a new LCD based phone.
* QC Quick Charge (I'm already invested with a few of these chargers)
* Dual SIM or SIM + SD (though I'm most likely going to be Dual SIM)
* Home back, and recent buttons
* Warranty (if it holds up this is awesome. I'm not using my Moto X Pure due to broken screen, Moto will not let me PAY for repair because unlocked bootloader/warranty bull****).

Mine shows it is in Forth Worth, Texas as of last night and I live in Allen, Texas which I ordered mine on 7/13/2016 from ZTE. The thing that confuses me is Fed Ex will delivery it on Friday the 29th I figured I would get today or tomorrow because Fort Worth is only about 35 miles from me oh well all I can do is wait.

Maybe they're giving the latest date so they can have some cushion. Like, if they said you'll get it today but you don't get until Friday then they don't want the complaint.

I'll let you know when I get home in a little under an hour. I tried connecting to our work Wi-Fi but it's not connecting to the internet. I tried my Moto G4 Plus and it isn't either. They may have changed it because so many employees are using it to stream music etc. when it's supposed to be for customers.

Yeah, my bad. I was really looking at the 6p or the OP3 and missed that it had soft buttons in addition to home button.

If it is not too much trouble, please check the build.prop file to see if there is setting like

net.tethering.noprovisioning=true

The build.prop file is usually in top folder or in /system folder.

Try to see if it will ignore/check carrier hotspot restrictions or not.

Got my Axon7 last night and pulled the build.prop file off it. It doesn't have that setting anywhere in the file. For those of you that are interested, the full file is here: http://pastebin.com/i79nb6mq

FedEx Customs delay

Mine was suppose to arrive today in Japan but it's sitting at Customs delayed because of a Commercial Invoice B&H customer service is closed so hope it arrives by Monday.
