So this phone was bought for me on my birthday by a second hand retailer. I never noticed these issues before as I the battery used to last an entire day. I have now noticed that my phone will power itself down at 20℅ and will then tell me the battery is on 0℅ I have recalibrated the battery countless times to no avail. The widgets and app permissions only go when the battery is fully drained.
Does anyone know what's going on and how I can solve it?
P.s I am running stock marshmallow not rooted and locked bootloader.
Edit: I am also a member of HTC Elevate. Is there support an option for me?
