My CWM recovery changed to CyanogenMod recovery! Help!

Hi. Today, I wanted to check for CWM Updates with ROM Manager, but there isn't supported version, so I didn't do anything. One hours later, I booted the phone to recovery, and the recovery changed to CR. I wanted to flash a new ROM, so I tried, it worked, but it can't flash GApps and it's not so stable. How can I get back to CWM?
