GPS is excellent, my Titan acquires a lock in seconds
Pros:
* excellent GPS - very fast and accurate
I'm really surprised to hear this, on the android devices, the HTC phones only lock onto 4-5 satellites, while their Samsung counterparts are locking onto 10-12. GPS & Camera quality were my only 2 big concerns. I'd like to replace my the Garmin in my car.

has that problem listed above and others
in gaming (like sonic) the lag is unbearable. It's fast in many tasks but when you game or run something intensive, lag ahoy which is a shame...
this was almost the best windows phone released
Domineus,

Try disabling the Audio Enhancer that HTC has enabled under "Settings" and "Sound Enhancer" . Someone posted a tip on another Thread here that some of the games were lagging. It pissed me off because I was showing off Sonic and it would get laggy in certain parts. I disabled the audio and all the games that were laggy to me were no longer laggy. Give it a shot and see if it works for you.

Nope, you can only sync music, pictures and videos direct from your pc via zune, you can access documetns from your skydrive in the office hub, no way to sync bookmarkks, although there is an app called send to wp7 that allows you to send url's direct to your windows phone
You can sync all your bookmarks, contacts, files etc irrlevant of whether you use a MAC or PC. You just have to sync it with Live drive which is a free Microsoft service and gives you 5gb of storage space. It will actually even sync files between your computers (Mac and PC) as well as as let you securely connect to a PC remotely from a web browser.

Yes, have had these worries too with my HD2 and Titan at first. But that's what protective cases or sleeves are for. Waiting for my Titan case. Already have a black rubbery one for my HD2. Dropped my HD2 a couple of times, also from one meter. Case does the job.
Actually that is what insurance is for. I am very clumsy with my equipment and have had several replacements for different devices. At least in the US you can add a rider to your renter's or home owners policy for a cell phone/computer equipment and it only cost less than $1 a month. It covers everything from theft to accidental damage and most of the time no deductible. Hope this helps. At least you dont have to worry about you breaking your phone!
