My friend cant find snapchat in windows phone store!!

Hello.
My friend got a HTC Titan that comes with Windows Phone. He tried to download snapchat from the store but he couldn´t find it. I am a android user so I don’t know a lot about windows phone. Is snapchat not released for windows phone?? And if its released how can he get it??
Help appreciated Please reply asap cuz my friend need it so much

Tell your friend to get another phone if he wants the latest apps that people actually use.

Windows Phone idea of up to date apps are "Cut the Rope", "Temple Run".
