My I337 NB1 AT&T can't/doesn't boot into a Recovery Mode

It can boot into a Recovery Mode using adb but not native/factory.
It is a fake but I found that it is observing a packaging only.
It works perfect excluding a Recovery Mode issue.
It’s interesting that it boots into Download Mode no sweat.
And I found a trick to boot into a Recovery Mode - after pressing “Home”+”Volume Up”+”Boot” it shows Samsung logo than “BOOTING RECOVERY…” but very shortly than reboots and runs a regular system boot. If I’ll catch a moment when “BOOTING RECOVERY…” became hidden and press “Home”+”Volume Up”+”Boot” again phone screen becomes black and than regular Recovery Mode boot starts.
P.S. I forgot to suggest maybe it's a hardware problem.

I found some additional issues maybe it can help. I have two the same phones Galaxy S4.
The first one is as above mentioned. The second one initially had Lollipop I337UCUGOC3 and booted into both of service modes without a doubt. After I flashed the second one to I337UCUFNB1 stock ROM by using Odin 3.9 it became the same as the first one i.e. it boots into a Recovery Mode using my special trick
And when I managed these two guys I found the strange thing the same in both of the phones.
When both phones go to recovery they reach four stages: the Samsung logo, the alive Android, the dead Android and finally the screen of the Recovery Mode with a dead Android.
The strange thing was in picture of the dead Android of the third stage. It twinkled showing the dead Android with a few hieroglyph underneath of it and then became a regular dead Android.
So I think it is a fake I337 US AT&T but a hardware is authentic. It mostly China AT&T, I bought it from china seller cheap. So how to solve this situation and get I337 US AT&T at this hardware?

Any help will be very appreciated.
