My New Chinese Unithead Don't Work

First of all, thank you so much all for any help!! , so anything is greatly appreciated!

I bought an Android 10 unit Ainavi H5 8 core 1.6ghz Ram 4g+rom 32g, but whene I have tried to turn on,it start to Android logo a few seconds and reboot . still like like this every some second like on the video, someone have an idea please.

Aquire a new unit?

I have purchased this unit (TS18 - AINAVI) just to prove it's superiority (Qualcomm) over traditional Chinese Mediatek units. Unit is ok and fast, all works, tested by myself, but it has a large flaw - canbus and software updating over internet.
I think same is here with his unit. Downloaded wrong settings for canbus and now it can't boot in.
Canbus problems over boot.
