I am very perplexed by this very peculiar problem which apparently no one has
I bought my OPO here in UK, it arrived swiftly and i could not be happier. But wait, curiosity killed cat( in this case me) I was able to use my OPO regularly but i did a mistake and saw coloros posted on oneplus development and gone ahead and installed it via fastboot.
Next day reverted back to CM11S via fastboot.

Now the whole time my EE sim was in the phone. One day morning i can't able to make calls, as soon as I try to call nice 4g signal goes completely down and phone give message that no mobile network.

I tried vodafone and O2 sim which sim to work nicely but now no network all.
I got new EE sim, and voila again comes back network after factory reset. I try to make a call and again the same thing; network goes out completey.

Please help.
I have already put the request with paypal requesting refund, now I don't know what will happen

But in meanwhile if there is something I can do please let me know, also some senior members can explain why is this happening

Try installing the latest radio/modem. Download the latest OTA here, then extract the file called NON-HLOS.bin.

Reboot into fastboot, do fastboot flash modem path/to/NON-HLOS.bin, reboot, and see if that helps.

Your network problems are probably because you still have the ColorOS radio image.

Try setting it to WCDMA Preferred, or LTE/GSM (Auto PRL) which is what I use... it doesn't completely solve the problem for me but it helps in most areas.

I agree with him. It seems like your phone is getting 4G signal but since the OPO does not have Voice over LTE (VoLTE), your phone is forced to go back into 3G mode in order to make the phone call. Set it to LTE/GSM (Auto PRL) as what hashim said and it should fix your problem. Your phone is probably on 4G only mode.

The same thing happened to me on Fido in Canada. I side loaded the 30O update and went back to 25R. When I reverted I was not able to accept any calls or texts. My phone would get the com.android.phone force stop error. I tried deleting the data from the phone, contacts, and Sim Toolkit apps but ultimately had to do a factory reset from recovery to fix the issue. Lost all my progress on Final Fantasy VI too..

Many thanks man
I got it sorted with your method. I tried this also before but on windows 8.1 machine but no luck. This time I tried with another cable and on Mac so this time it worked. I was on verge of returning the phone.
