can anyone help me.
my whyred often experience sudden death when used. I'm just listening to music, watching videos, or chatting. suddenly my phone is very lag (freeze) finally died suddenly. my whyred can't charge (the indicator light is off), there is no vibration, like there's no reaction when it's charged. but, when connected to a PC (USB) there is a notification sound that my whyred is connected to the PC. there is a new driver with a yellow exclamation point in the device manager.
my case happened almost 1 year ago. when the problem occurs, usually I just wait 1 day, then press the power button (sometimes + volume up / down) for a long time (more than 20 minutes) and my whyred can come back to life.
now there have been almost 8 cases (as I recall). in the latter cases, this sudden death becomes more frequent.
now my whyred died suddenly again, the same as before. but, for more than 1 day with all my efforts, my whyred hasn't come back to life.
this is very very very disturbing to my study. does anyone know the cause? and give the solution:crying:
