My phone has a different Model Name [urgent]

I had lollipop 5.1 Lenovo k51c78 (X3 lite) So I bricked my phone with xposed installer and I tried to install stockrom with sp flashtool but I didn't have adb installed:crying: , so I decided to go to a repair store and he asked 30 euros to make my phone so I gave it and I got Marshmallow and the name of my device was different (A7010a48/k5fpr/K4 note) I didn't know it was changed until now, I want to get my model/stockrom back, and I don't know how. I'm definitely gonna go to the repair store and ask my money back or if they could reset my model back. So I'm asking you guys , do you know what I need to do to get it back?? And the guy that made my phone was maybe confused because K4 note and K51c78 look a lot like each other.

"LenovoX3 Lite [K51c78]" is a Chinese mofication of the device and "Lenovo A7010[a48]" is a worldwide version,
as far as i remeber worldwide version doesn't have FM radio compared to Chinese version in addition of some minor differences.

Basically you have to flash Chinese firmware because "Lenovo K51c78" is a Chinese version of the smartphone.
