My phone is a brick now because of relocking bootloader.

I read that I needed to lock the bootloader in order to factory reset.
So I did but I noticed I made a huge mistake.

Now:
- I relocked bootloader with 'fastboot oem lock'.
- My phone says "Your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and will not boot" and won't boot recovery mode.
- Can boot fastboot mode.
- When booting into normal mode, it says "Your phone is encrypted To decrypt your phone, enter your screen lock password" but I didn't set password(pattern only).
- I tried to flash TWRP in order to restore, but it says "(bootloader) [KillSwitch] oem unlock Turn Off!" and it failed.

It seems like same as him ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/u11/help/phone-brick-off-oem-unlock-t3712588 )

fastboot getvar all

(bootloader) kernel: lk
(bootloader) product: htc_ocnuhljapan
(bootloader) version: 1.0
(bootloader) max-download-size: 1560800000
(bootloader) serialno: **********
(bootloader) slot-count: 0
(bootloader) current-slot:
(bootloader) imei: **********
(bootloader) version-main: 2.42.762.8
(bootloader) boot-mode: download
(bootloader) version-baseband: 8998-002772-1712271802
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.0.0.0000
(bootloader) mid: 2PZC20000
(bootloader) cid: SBM__802
I found an thread ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/u11/help/stock-rom-request-t3969945 ) so it seems I can't flash because there's no RUU for SBM__802.

Is there solution like booting TWRP from SDcard then deleting locksettings.db or something?
Or is there anything I can do?

I don't want to lose my phone because I like it.
Sorry for my poor English.
I need help, thank you.

first off, you never need to relock the bootloader for any reason, who ever told you this is misinformed, if you know how to unlock the bootloader, do that, then you can flash twrp, make sure you go to developers options in settings and enable oem unlocking for bootloader, and enable usb debugging.if you can't get to settings just try to unlock bootloader, if that works flash twrp.unlock bootloader from htcdev.com.

I can't go to developers options because of screen locking with password(even though I didn't set any password). I wrote this.
I need to flash TWRP but I can't enable oem unlocking, I'm in stuck.
But it seems usb debbuging is enable.
So I'm afraid it doesn't help me.

That's sad, but thank you for trying to help me.
By the way, this is the screen locking.

I think there is no such options.

If you don't care about your data dude just enter any pin 20 times and it should boot up.
I've already failed 30 times then my phone went factory reset but failed(it just says "Your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and will not boot").
Actually "-20". That means I've failed 30 + 20 times.

Please anyone give me informations about the RUU or links to download it, I'm waiting.
Thank you.

I had a problem similar to yours, I went through the bootloader unlocking process (get the key to enter the web and download the new unlock file) and it was successful.
