My Phone is dead

Everytime my batery ends my phone gets dead... the backup batery doesnt seem to work... not even when i plug it to the electricity... and sometimes i have a full batery and it gets dead again... the reset doesnt work as well in both situations... only witn a hard reset... can some one help on this???

I cant be hard reseting my phone all the time!!

What do you mean with "my phone gets dead" ?

It is normal that the build in phone will not work if the battery power is very low.

The backup battery only last 20 minutes.

I get really concerned when my battery goes bellow 30%. If you routinely go bellow 20% you are doing something wrong.

Also deep discharging you battery damages it, making it less likely to hold a charge.

You need more ways to recharge your device, e.g. car charger and USB charger.

Maybe you can explain further what you are doing.

even with full battery... it goes off and there's no way i can get it back on... only if i hard reset it!!!

it should be ok with a soft reset... but no... it doesn't work... only with a hard reset...

i read some topics and it may be because of the spb pocket plus!

If your phone is under warranty, get a replacement soon. It's not normal.
