Try flash kernel (boot.img) via fastboot

Guess I made a mistake by flashing it first via flashtool. Then problem must be in drivers, bcs when i open powershell (win10), it says error null device or something like that. Can you give me a little guide how to make it work? Bcs i had zero problems while i was on oreo...

i got it everything working, now lets wait for major updates and fixes
