I've replaced batteries twice, I've tried bootlog in the boot menu calibrated my phone's battery. Still no improvement. What can I do.
My phone still shuts off at 50% battery power

You may want to open this in your devices Xda section if it has one, this is very device specific, but I can try to help. Can you look around battery settings and make sure tou did not chnage anything? Does it die at precisely 50 percent? Like exact?

Ok It first died at 50% exactly.
After bootlog in fastboot it dies at 40%. The first time I did this it showed my true battery percentage 1%,after fastboot when phone goes on I charged it and trickled 30mins And it still died. At 40% . After this, I decided I'll calibrated it and it shot off at 48%. And thanks for the heads up will check.

Please have your phone's motherboard checked by a good technician. It is likely a motherboard issue which is drawing more power and the battery fails at a certain percentage otherwise it may also be the battery problem.
Might be motherboard, but I don't think it can be the battery because I got a new battery. And it did this so I went back and they replaced the battery with a new one thinking it's the battery thats
faulty

It may be different for your device as per motherboard but its likely motherboard components fault.
Please have it repaired from a experienced and good mobile repair technician.

Only thing I've done is restrict some apps that are power intensive. But still kinda defeats the purpose
