I used: In "Wallpapers and themes" I installed Pixelize Icon, then I installed DNA P DP4 Beta 4 Theme and then Launcher 3 aosp optimized. In "Home settings" of Launcher, in "Change icon shape" select Circle.

If root, you not need buy Substratum theme Flux White. For rest not need root. If you not want root your phone, you can install Dna p dp4 beta 4 theme.
