My phone wont turn on

My battery phone died last night and when I conected it to the charger this appeared

I tried all the options and it always end up going back to the same mode. Sometimes this is what it shows

I dont know what to do. Help me, please!

Thats because offline charging wont work ...dont charge your phone offline until you fix it. ..
