My power control widget is literally no where to be found. It isn't even in my widget drawer anymore! I am the only one with this issue!

I'm complete stock. I updated to JB and it was there, and after I rebooted, it disappeared.

same here. my phone is rooted. a few days ago i made a backup of apex pro with titanium backup pro. today i've installed nova launcher with the option to take over the homescreen settings from the apex launcher and uninstalled apex. afterwards i've restored apex with tb and uninstalled nova. the result was that the power control widget, which is provided in jb doesn't appear anymore in the widget list. to be sure i've checked the widget drawer in the jb launcher with the same result.
anyway, after that i've installed "power toggles" which is much better because i am not in the mood to restore the nandroid backup just because of this widget ;)

Same here on the Prime TF201. One minute it was there - I dragged it from the Widget drawer to my desktop, it came up on the homescreen looking peculiar as just a long grey bar without any of the icons in the five segments. Then when I removed it from the homescreen and went back to the widget drawer, it was nowhere to be found! Very odd. Running the new JB stock ROM.

Same exact thing happened to me, and I really used that widget a lot, too.
