My TWRP is not working

As soon as i press install and select the .zip file it will load the file but when i press reboot now the phone is swtiching off. my phone is not starting please any one help me out of it.:crying:

Please tell about your device XT16.., which twrp did you installed from where and how, which zip file did you want to install?

Is your bootloader unlocked?
Which guide did you follow?
Please provide as many information/links as possible.

But I got it I have missed elementx file thinking its an ROM after words I go throughly and my viper os is on
