I had bubbles on the top left but they went away after I used a blow dryer. Bubble on the bottom right wouldn't go away no matter how much I heated it. It came back and now there's a few bubbles there. O well.

Nice. From Whitestone through amazon or from an Amazon rep? Amazon rep couldn't do anything since they're not the seller.

Yeah, that's what I meant. It's through Whitestone and not Amazon. Whitestone rep said that they would send another but I never gave them my address and I don't know if they know where to send it. They haven't responded to my reply either. Meh.

Tsk tsk. I dont know if i received a bad batch of this TG. Tsk tsk tsk

Dropping ohase of the adhesive.did not show any bubbles. But when applying the TG. Bubbles appeared. Even with the 2nd bubbles

And big MISTAKE. if there will be bubbles. If it is little bit small.better npt touch. I touch mine. And have some ugly crap on lower left side

Too bad. Glass response is superb for me and if only there was no issue. Then it would have been the best.

So sad day

Amazon Canada only sells the replacement kit only ($51 CDN) and not the full kit (missing that UV lamp)...arghh

If i have to buy the lamp separately (most likely from Amazon with the replacement kit), what should i look for in the label? 6W / 9W ? Does a stronger lamp speed up the curing process? People suggest curing it for 24Hrs and letting rest for 24Hrs to avoid the glass from peeling out afterwards.

Trying to avoid shipping costs; any other CDN sites that sell it.??

Not defective, just a tricky install. Ive installed 8 of these so far an noticed that if you drop it too quick or if the loca is spread out strangely then bubbles will get trapped.

6 watts is what the lamp is rated for. Curing time is different from drying/hardening time with most substances, you can't quicken rated curing times without changing the products' chemistry.

Anyone have any tips on how to stop the glue from running over on one edge of the screen? It applies perfectly clean on the left side but the right side has a surplus of glue that's hard to remove properly. Thanks for any help.

Surface you're doing the install on not level enough/obviously slightly biased to that side. Need to level it up properly before pulling the pin on the tube of glue.

Ok. Thanks. It's definitely on a level surface. I'll try to place something under the right side a little bit. It's been tried multiple times on different surfaces. All level. Maybe it's too much adhesive?

11 weeks after a perfect install, bubbles appeared in the top left corner of my whitestone dome. My case is not touching at all any part of the glass and it is 100% compatible as its the rhinoshield crashguard. I also tried using a spare bit of adhesive to cover up the edge where the bubbles appear, but they keep coming back. I will try heating up the corner and massaging it to remove the bubbles, as other people have said this has worked for them.

Careful not to heat up too much can cause bubbles elsewhere.
