My Wiko Rainbow didn't start and charge

Hello,
I have pb with my wiko rainbow. I installed a Fresh Custom Rom and Beanstalk downloaded from smokerman website.
Everything going OK. But last few days when i restart or shutdown smartphone, he didn't start.
When i plug it in my Desktop PC, i listen bips and Mediatek USB Port is shown in Devices.
I tried to flash it with SPFlashtool like always but an error message is shown "sp flash tool 3167 error".
Please Help me..

hello everybody i have one wiko phone model rainbow coral.it block on rainbow when the phone starts. How can i fix it
