i have a morning alarm set at 7:30. when i heard the alarm I usually just let it go. when i came back after brushed my teeth, the alarm was expire but the phone was dead too. the only solution is pulling out the battery and then put it back. This happened several times.

Any suggestion?

I want to respond to your question, but it is so useless and void of usable information that it's impossible to do so.

Have no clue what phone you have. If it was plugged into a wall charger. What firmware or OS version you're running (RTM, Pre-NoDo, NoDo, etc.).

Yes, WP7 devices do tend to freeze up. My HD7 freezes up while on a charger and I need to soft reset it to get it working...

Take it back to the store. Mind doesn't freeze up at all, so it must be your particular phone.
+1 to this.

The statement about WP7 devices tending to freeze is sweeping and untrue.

My Omnia does not freeze up. I don't think it has ever frozen, not even once in the 6 months that I have now had it. In fact no one that I know has complained about their WP7 devices freezing.

I have the ocasional reboot of my Trophy once in a while... usually in the morning after a nite's reboot, but nothing like you've stated here.

Yep, same here. Sometimes if you keep it on the charger it freezes up and needs a reboot. I doubt my phone is defective. It's a pretty well known issue and it isn't even restricted to a particular model...

OK well I charge my HD7 up all night, every night, and all day at work, every day, and I use it extensively whilst it's charging, and I've NEVER had a single freeze.

Not that I'm trying to rain on your parade or anything, just sayin'.

Same here, and I charge it often, and its on the charger the second I get into bed... Knock on wood
