My xperia ray can't connect in flashmode

Hello, I had my Xperia Ray bootloop.. And i found the step to repair it. But when I try to repair it, my Ray can't be connect into flashmode. It stuck on "Root Access Allowed" then "Device is connected" then back to first, "Device connected with USB Debugging on". Sometimes, my Ray on on safe mode then off again and in the "Flashtool" shows "Device disconnected" :crying: What should I do?
