My zen watch wont charge.

my battery died and when i charge it vibrate and show the battery symbol and goes back out . it will not restart. is there a way to hard reset the zen watch

Have you tried charging with a real wall-plug connected charger? I had problems charging with a usb-cable connected to my PC - it took ages. Try the Wall plug instead.
Maybe someone else knows how to hard-reset the watch.
