Uploaded Test Build #04
Full Wipe is required.
There is no full wipe in CWM.
Alternately it is possible to format single partitions, which are

/system
/cache
/firmware
/tombstones
/data
/boot
/modem
/external_sd
/data and /data/media (/sdcard)

Which of these I should use and whats the consequence
when I like to restore? i.e. formatting /firmware will leave
an unuseable brick? Don't like to start then with ODIN ...

/SYSTEM /DATA /CACHE

copy your backup to your PC and/or external-sd
