You can see if your phone is properly connected to your PC (use adb command). If no, it's the reason for that. So you can check your usb cable or Htc drivers.

I did everything ok, but when I restart the device, there is a lock system of Samsung that prevents SuperSU start.

I buy this mobile in China and i'm unable to install google apps on this.meanwhile i only can install this ROM on this..anyone is not possible due to above mentioned errors.

You need to first root your phone using PC Odin. Then install mobile Odin. Put the international firmware (tar) file in SD card. Then select Rom from SD card in mobile Odin. Then flash firmware.

Since KNOX is on this leaked firmware;
ROOT your N7100
Download ES FILE EXPLORER
Set root access in this app.
Goto system/app folder, and press search
Type Knox
Rename the Knox .apk files into .apk.bak
Reboot and Knox is killed
That gets rid of the apps. Is there a ways to remove the bootloader from the ROM itself (Using Android Kitchen).

INSTRUCTIONS
- Extract (unzip) the firmware file
- Odin3 v3.09 is already in file
- Extract Odin .ZIP file
- Open Odin3 v3.09 as Admin
- Restart phone in download mode (Press and hold Home + Power + Volume down buttons)
- Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
- Add AP_N7100XXUEM16_CP_N7100XXEM16_CSC_N7100XAEM16_BY_WVAZ_DINK.tar to AP
- Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
- Click start button, sit back and wait a few minutes.
- If you encounter any issues with the firmware (Any FC, Bootloop etc)
- Boot into recovery mode (Home+power+vol up)
- Choose to wipe/factory reset. (THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR DATA INCLUDING YOUR INTERNAL SD CARD!)
- Then choose reboot and you should be good to go!

Keypad tones on/off is also there for convenience. (also still in the samsung keyboard settings)
New settings in battery stats to enable display of percentage of battery. (it's still in the display section also).
First photo with lowlight mode kinda freezes the camera app (the 'processing' toast doesn't disappear) you have to press back and get into it again, then it works fine.
All photo and recording modes work fine.
There is a new photo mode from the s4 (audio+photo), no drama shot no eraser mode or anything like that. Slow mo and fast motion is still there.
Lock screen lets you select the new s4 light effect and the old water effect. Hovering with the spen gives the same results as hovering your finger over the s4 lockscreen. You can select the color of the ink effect.
Screen mode has a new auto adjust feature that auto adjusts the display in selected samsung applications such as gallery readers hub etc. Apart from that there are dynamic, standard, professional photo and movie modes.
Fonts and text looks sharper in general.
The gallery starts in full screen by default. The browser does not.
Touch doesn't work well in the gallery, many times instead of scrolling you will get a picture open instead.
The lockscreen font is incoherent with the weather widget font.
The operator text on the lockscreen disappears once you touch the screen. Reappears once you let go.
The keyboard now lets you do continuous typing (4.3) or you can swipe on the keyboard to the left and right to move the cursor in the field of text.
Application manager has a new tab for disabled applications. Also you don't need to uninstall an update from an application you wish to disable, you can do it straight away.
The dialer and the call screens are exactly the same as on S4 with the new ugly default contact picture.
There is no Flashlight widget ( I need it! )
There is a new 'running applications' widget.
The task manager offers a new tab with the option to select default apps for some actions (launcher for example), I guess you can switch your launcher here.
The launcher is the old one from note2. Still has the same spen page opening when you pull out the spen.
The clock and calculator are the new ones from S4.
The messaging app is also from S4.
Knox is here. Haven't tried it though.

The notification window doesn't close automatically when clearing a notification.
Brightness slider and toggles are from S4 and are easily editable.
Default screen timeout is 15 seconds and smart stay on.
Hangouts is unable to verify the phone number. You will just get an sms.
Music app starts fullscreen.
FM Radio is the same as before.
Video app from S4.
