I don not know what he will release exactly...if it is 'naked' system dump it does not belong here...if he will root it and maybe deodex and zipalign it could be right here....at least that's the way we do it on Note1-Forum...for 'real development' we use 'Original Development' Sub-Forum...don't know how you do it here, but when I look on all the Sammy-based ROMs here with minor development (no single line of coding), I might be right
