great work kenet, the rom works like a charm, about the root issue that some are getting, did you guys install the zip file on OP? I install the rom, setup the phone as author recommends and then reboot on recovery and install the fix root zip file and SU app works perfect.

as OP stated you need to Wipe data and factory reset, cache and dalvik. I do update from rooted stock 4.3 rom

Bug : If you install ImmerseMe Xposed module and then install any home launcher AppDrawer keeps getting blank randomly after some time. Try it.

After flashing the ROM and rebooting and setting up the device i rebooted into recovery and flashed root fix and after the reboot giving an app root access, the app says "Couldn't acquire root access".

As far as i know none of the KK roms available on xda have the bootloader included at least not the one i downloaded from another dev's thread,i am using mj5 bootloader and there's a separate file to flash the BL which is ND3.If you flash that bootloader (Knoxed) you can go back to 4.3 ROMS only nothing below.If you stick to your current bootloader only drawback is cannot charge the phone when powered off it turns right back on.

Good, fast, stable and battery friendly rom , nothing negative until now. Only after flashing root fix was necessary to flash also supersu update 1.94 for properly root, nothing important.

Need help for flashing DN3 v5

Dr Ketan i have been on your 6.1 rom since December 2013 and have not faced any problem whatsoever, its the best rom undoubtedly but since a couple of months my phone has become quite slow, so i was thinking of flashing the DN3 the latest version 5 of it.
My question to you Dr Ketan is
1) Is it worthwhile to go on the DN3 v5 rom firstly and if yes then can you please guide me the exact step by step guide to be followed as am a little scared ( i had tried flashing the 4.4 rom for the note 1 and ended up bricking the phone, had to get the motherboard changed for reviving it )

2) i am also willing to stay put on my present v6.1 of the jelly bean if you can suggest some ways to make my phone work fast again even the battery life has become very bad need to keep charging the phone at regular intervals in-spite of buying a new battery.

I think you're posting in a wrong thread. The creator of this rom is "Kenet", not "Dr. Ketan". By the way, I can't help you, I'm not in Dr. Ketan's rom.

i had flashed the whole of FND3 ROM that i had downloaded from samfirmware.com, so now i have the ND3 boot loader, i can root it with the help the links provided on y the OP, but can i now downgrade to 4.3 Custom Roms ??

i just did it, it still says the exact same.

You have to flash fix root from first post after reboot normally to os and after reboot again to recovery and flash latest supersu update.
If you don't have again root access i think is better to try again from start. Wipe cache, data (prepare for new rom installation at philz recovery) dalvik cache.
Install rom, reboot to os put your accounts etc. Reboot after to recovery and flash fix root, reboot to os again. After reboot to recovery again and flash supersu update. This worked for me .
