I'm also having this problem on TW Launcher. After reboot all icons on dock has been gone. I'm coming from fresh install.

38 minutes on battery 9% battery off. Tried different roms (cynagenmod and touchwiz), seems that the touchwiz roms are eating the battery as quick as they can. Also noticed the backside of the phone is getting hot. Wifi and tel. Function is on, rest is disabled. Can I improve the standby time/ time on accu? Otherwise I've to return to CM10.1 because it only lasts a few hours on battery with this rom

Edit: Did an ultra clean install (no recovering of apps), followed the install instructions in OP. Meanwhile 1h 9min on battery, percentage=81%

Rebooted many times....and icons are still there!

BTW: Excellent ROM but please can you tell me how to invert menu to Black with white text and how to change status bar to black.....want to use different wallpapers for home and lockscreen and it looks bad on lockscreen then

Try installing C.O.H kernel first. You'll be pleasantly surprised with its performance and great battery life.
