Have you tried rooting yet?

Downloaded the mirror OneClickBin.EXE OK
Put phone into download mode (Vol down / home / power) OK
Extracted the file OK
Ran the exe and plugged the phone in OK
Waited patiently.... scary.... PASS!
PHONE REBOOTED.. YES!!
Checked version number 4.42!! YES!

Please let us know how it goes! If I know AT&T, they have tried to put out a patch to block the current exploit. It really is quite a sad situation AT&T has caused. Google/Android is all about open source and just having fun with your device. Then AT&T steps in with its mighty fist and gave us all a big **** you!
