Are you already on the new update (MJ7)? You cant odin back to the old software once on the new update, it will fail

Please help, I was on the MJ7 and try to odin back to the old software (MI7) but it failed and now I can't boot into the OS, is there any fix for it?

Me too I am stuck at this Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. I tried flashing stock via odin and forgot that I had taken an OTA. Now I can't do anything.

I got it to work again by Odin back using the file below. (Thanks to Hashcode)

Hey designgears I'm glad you opened up this thread again. This method worked flawlessly for me, and be keeping it virgin and clean I just shut down SU took the update and turned on Su. Thanks bro

My Note3 is locked but my XDm45 is loaded.

im downloading the 2.1gb aprox you posted... i was trying to root this one and got stuck on firmware encounter a problem... so im gonna test, i also havent got the ota update... it must work for me! ill share results..

hi... i´ve tried the N900VVRUBMI9 (Stock Recovery Files) with no luck... Odin is showing this

and i dont remember the original version.... im downloading the MJ7... i will post results...stills stuck.. anyone can help me? thanks!

Hi guys! Haven't been up here in a while! I had some spare time last night at 830pm so I thought I would Odin MJ7 from MI9. I never had root achieved on the device but from the first time including using the .PIT file it failed. Now I'm sitting here close 11 hours later with no sleep and no phone since it always failed I can't even boot it. Please help!

I love how I was just doing a factory data reset to start dumping stock images to upload here. Literally reset phone, then while it was resetting, I see your post of this here.....FML, lol. Now I spend 2 hrs re-setting up my phone for nothing, haha. Thanks for the upload dude, much appreciated!!!

I've rooted my Verizon Note 3 using Kingo and install the latest SU app and all is running well. I'm looking for the the stock Odin file for MJ7 so if need be i can Odin back to 100%. All the links that I've found on this site and others are dead. Any one have one that works.? Thanks in advance.

Just noticed youtube loaded right away in the samsung browser. Did the browser always have flash enabled? Sorry, I was on next browser for the longest time..:cyclops::crying:

Keyboard is different, noticed also that Knox only has two apps in there now instead of four. Just playing around and checking stiff for now.

Those are the .tar files. If you're confused by the .md5, its the same thing, but with built in md5 check for flashing (good thing).

I accidentally flashed an NC2 kernal on my VZW Note3 OTA NC4 via odin3 and it is stuck on start up screen. I tried to flash the stock NC4 full tar via odin then rebooted into recovery and did a full data/factory recet and am waiting up to 20min to see if it starts up...if not am i screwed? Is there another way to get it booted. I DL the full stock NC4 you posted and flashed successfully to the phone. However waited 20min and didn't boot. Pulled battery then booted in recovery and did full data/factory reset. So i'm waiting. But any other ideas? PLEASE help!

If not I have a Note II 4.3 MJ9 kernal 3.0.31 as back up and a droid razr maxx or samsung charge if need be. But i love my note3!!!

I did same thing..flashed the NC2 kernel on the NC4 OTA and was stuck on Verizon screen. I Odin'd an NC4 kernel tar and was able to boot back on NC4.

You will need to Odin back to NC4 and start process all over again. I Flashed Jasmine 1.5 last night. Rooted with towelroot, installed BB and SS. Rebooted in SS recovery. Complete wipe including system. Flashed Rom. Rebooted into DL mode then flashed NC2 Kernel. Had to reflash ROM afterwards but worked flawlessly.
