I have been using this rom for 2 weeks now and these are the bugs I am facing:

1) sometimes the devices randomly restarts.
2) there is a heating problem which is connected to fast battery draining but I noticed that it occurs only when you insert the sim card, without sim card everything seems to go just fine.
3) There is a weird noise like screeching during WhatsApp video calling but it does not occur always.
4) Some apps like facebook suddenly close when you are using them.

I will edit this post once I find other bugs, is anyone facing the same or other issues? the heating issue when the sim is inserted is the most annoying one. I really appreciate it If someone can help fix any of these bugs.

I had a Pixel 2 XL but l ended up having to sell it (I couldn't really afford it in the first place).

I found a deal on a Note 4, brand new, still sealed in the box. I owned a Note 4 back in 2015 and I always liked it. But in 2018, out of the box, even after all of the updates, it is slow. You can imagine the shock of going from Oreo back to Marshmallow, it sucked bad.

This ROM was just what I needed, my phone is fluid, smooth, and just all around nice. I was having a bit of trouble with SIM card recognition but it seems to be stable for now, after flashing a few different modems.

Will there be an official version? Thanks again.

can you tell the model number of your device and what modem did you flash to make the sim card work? maybe it will fix the heating issue I am getting when I insert a sim card? many thanks in advance.

I have problem with hotspot and USB tether. Not working at all. And also have problem with receive and make a call.. any other method to solve this?

I do a flash for the third time.. And call issue solved. The problem only the hotspot and USB tether won't work plus if I download apk from website, I can't install it.. "Can't open file" .

I get No service, no IMEI. Network cell info lite shows fluctuating 3G signal.
Tried - install 6.0.1 modem,
restoring efs (a functional efs)

I'm also at 6.0.1 bootloader. What bootloader version should I have?

Logcat shows something like MCC MNC Modem crashed.
Please send help, thanks.

Edit: my sim is protected by sim pin code. It do ask my pin at startup.
Ican disable it on settings app too.

I just falshed it 2 days ago and i cant solve those problems can anyone help me solve them!
-Mic doesn't work
-Charging too slow, draining too fast and no fast charging option
-Heating up so fast and so hot
-the Led is always on while charging even when screen is on (i cant find led customization option)
-Switch user doesn't work
-

I didn't face any problem of these

No matter what anyone wants you to believe, there are no "perfect" ROMs, just buggy ROMs, overworked developers, and desperate users. And, sometimes, buggy (and closed) hardware as well. Can't blame the developers for providing a free service but we can blame Samsung for many things.

Very much right , we are looking at wrong angle and blaming people there . Wrongly we Completely forgot and forgive samsung .

3. Flash Open Gapps arm 7.1 Stock
4. Reboot system

incall issue fixed.. only hotspot and usb tether still not solve.. everything else work very good.

I have flashed 06 March build with clean install.
Factory reset, wipe system partition including internel drive. And open gapps micro. But had in call issue.

Please check your self and let me know.

✓ Bugs have been fixed :
- MIC now completely works fine.
- 3D grahpic games now are more stable .

✓ What i notice ?
- new interface in the first boot .
- magisk is no longer included ( Download it then install it through TWRP ) . ← I think the reason is to avoid 3D bugs and FC .

✓ extra ?

- Please check in the previous pages there are files can be replaced in system/Bin after extraction which fix hotspot tethering totally ( sometime you have to add the wifi name and password by manual )

At the end , thanks to the genuis developer sir @bonuzzz who save N910C life for long time . hours and hours he spent on developing rom for dead device .

This rom is finally stable and for daily usage just by @bonuzzz hardwork .

I just installed last build here. Impressed with speed and fluency. However I am having problems with video recording and battery heating / drainage. I hope to solve these problems, because I really liked the ROM. Any suggestion?

Ok heating problem is still here. But I solved 60fps YouTube video's issue while I was trying to solve heating.

Change your CPU governor tunables to values on picture that I shared. I did research but if there is someone to explain what I did, it would be perfect.

Instable audio - main thing which makes this awesome ROM (thanks to @bonuzzz) being test version. I can tell the issue is audio_server - if U or anyone would like to fix it make a script which restart audio_server after call and ROM is complete. Wish all the best!

Needless to say twice. I read the previous posts. I was just reporting the problems I encountered in MY setup. I've already solved video recording with installing Footej Camera app. I'm still searching for a response to overheating.

Post U referring to was deleted - my browser got crazy. However if it made to do some reading is good tho

Overheating - use mode which U are able with to decrease cpu performance (Kitana, GovTuner, or any other)
