N950F/D gets LTE with 1 sim but adding 2nd sim wont go jigher than H+

Anyone else has e this issue?

I put 2 ATT Sims in my device. When only one is installed it shows 4G (LTE) but if I put the second one in, it drops to H+, even when settings haven't changed.

Anyone know why?

Coz its a 4g + 3g stand by phone. Only 1 sim can active on LTE while other on 3g and vice versa.

Thanks s correct. But it's not getting 4G when there 2 Sims. It drops down to H+ as Soon as a second sim is inserted. With one removed it gets 4G.

It works fine for me. May be check with carrier. Dual IMEI O ur SINGLE IMEI ?

Go to the simcard manager and tap the simcard you want 4G on, and check if network mode is set to 4G/3G/2G (auto connect)
