I'm having trouble getting all 5 files to load. The 5th choice is greyed out. Where to out UserData etc?

OP link removed? Is there another option to get back to stock if giving Oreo a whirl?

Try this:
EpdgTestApp in shortcut master lite- launch
- EpdgMainActivity - launch
- select menu dots top right
- select activation settings
- select combination of options you want
com.test.LTEfunctionality in shortcut master lite- launch
- LTEFunctionalityTest- launch
- VoLTE Test UI - select
- Set N/W PS voice support - turn on
- Set N/W PS E911 support - turn on
IMS Settings in shortcut master lite- launch
- ImsSettingsLauncherActivity - launch
- IMS Service Switch - select, enable all
- IMS Profile - select
- "Your Carrier" IMS - select
- Service - select
- ensure the radios are selected for mmtel, mmtel-video, and smsip (other settings break features but play if you want...)(mmtel-video is video calling) for both sections, top and bottom...back out once and click the save icon (looks like floppy)
Bless you...hi there... followed everything . The video call button now shows in the dial pad ... but says "video call unavailable" when i try it.
I am still playing with things myself...it only works if the other device has it enabled as well...the AT&T network may have another setting somewhere...you could flash the complete AT&T firmware and have full features

how to use this archive? I downloaded and it has several tar files, we need to extract them first and then use ODIN? Possible to do in MAC? The one I downloaded for mac says not compatible w/ my OS version.
Thanks ,figured out w/ this link in google "note 8 carrier flashing" , it was all step by step for Windows, fortunately, had a windows laptop lying around. They should also make ODIN doesn't work w/ USB 3.0 ports, I had to switch to USB 2.0 for it to recognize.
For usb 3.0 you need a quality or original cable...I flash all mine with the usb 3.0...it's faster...but I use an expensive cable...
