Forest it says this...I am still playing with things myself...it only works if the other device has it enabled as well...the AT&T network may have another setting somewhere...you could flash the complete AT&T firmware and have full features
Sadly I have no idea how to flash. I'm new to this ??I am still playing with things myself...it only works if the other device has it enabled as well...the AT&T network may have another setting somewhere...you could flash the complete AT&T firmware and have full features

Try this site out:how to use this archive? I downloaded and it has several tar files, we need to extract them first and then use ODIN? Possible to do in MAC? The one I downloaded for mac says not compatible w/ my OS version.
For usb 3.0 you need a quality or original cable...I flash all mine with the usb 3.0...it's faster...but I use an expensive cable...Thanks ,figured out w/ this link in google "note 8 carrier flashing" , it was all step by step for Windows, fortunately, had a windows laptop lying around. They should also make ODIN doesn't work w/ USB 3.0 ports, I had to switch to USB 2.0 for it to recognize.
