Nope. The update that you just did brought a new bootloader version, so you're stuck on it until an OTA fix is issued

That's why I personally would never immediately install a new update on a Samsung device, if it brings a new bootloader version. I'd wait a week or two to see if any major issues are reported. Because if there are, anyone who updated is stuck with it until a fix is issued.

You could try manually reflashing the Odin files and see if that fixes it

Pardon my ignorance, but which Odin files? I was able to find the stock firmware for android 9.0 that includes the 4 stock files, could I just flash that and revert back?

Nope. You can get the files from SamFirm or Frija

So I've been trying to use samfirm, but keep getting an error message, anyone been successful at using samfirm for the Verizon specific versions?

Error code:
Error: Could not send BinaryInform. Status code 200/666
Checking firmware for SM-N976V/GCF/

eta: Just tried Frija and can't download that way either.

Manual input is required in order to pull Verizon firmware from SamFirm and Frija - need to manually type in the build numbers for all 3 fields. Also, GCF is not the CSC/Region for Verizon
