No you won't lose your CWM.

Will test.. would anyone recommend any mods? I will use the theme, looks great, but what about a kernel or maybe pimp my rom? Would that even work?

Basically no difference. Technically that's a flashable zip and this is a nandroid that you have to restore not flash.
Also before making this thread I searched for stock froyo but couldn't find one, that's why made a new thread

It seems, my theme is causing bootloops with this nandroid backup. Is it odexed or deodexed?

I use it with the lightv2 rom linked in my thread and have no issues.

Though I'm not an expert on technical terms but AFAIK this is odexed. And if someone else is also facing bootloops I guess I should remove the theme :/

If you didn't deodex it, then it is odexed.. I will create a flashable zip which will install the theme on odexed rom

Still boot loop here. Tried on my nandroid backup of my stock rom. Wiped dalvik and cache.

When i was using LG-P500, Froyo 2.2.2 was the best... Froyo ROM has smooth scrolling, long battery life, and fast enough for using.

This is pretty cool! For the camera alone I love the ability to flash back to stock. Camera quality is something that has dropped off steeply in all the new roms.
