Navigation is not working because of GPS problems

I have really GPS problems on SONY Smartphones.

I can only find my position but not start navigation like Google Maps or kind of other Apps.

I only use official Custom Rom Version.

I use on my Xperia Z LineageOS 15.1 (https://download.lineageos.org/yuga) and for my Xperia Z1 CarbonROM 7.0 (https://get.carbonrom.org/device-honami.html)
